2. Qué es el servicio
Anamnessor coordina una segunda opinión médica documental. Tres especialistas independientes revisan por separado la documentación clínica que usted aporta y emiten cada uno su valoración. El comité las consolida en un dossier.
Los especialistas trabajan en doble ciego: ninguno conoce la valoración de los otros mientras redacta la suya.
3. Aviso médico — léalo entero
Esto no sustituye a su médico. El dossier es una opinión documental basada exclusivamente en el material que usted envía. No hay exploración física, ni relación asistencial, ni seguimiento clínico. Las decisiones sobre su tratamiento debe tomarlas con su médico responsable.
No es un servicio de urgencias. Si presenta síntomas graves o de aparición brusca, acuda a un servicio de urgencias o llame al 112.
No es un producto sanitario. La plataforma no diagnostica, ni calcula, ni recomienda tratamientos por sí misma: transporta y ordena documentación para que la interpreten médicos identificados. No está sujeta a marcado CE conforme al Reglamento (UE) 2017/745.
La calidad depende de lo que usted aporte. Documentación incompleta, ilegible o inexacta limita el alcance de la valoración.
4. Acceso
El acceso es por invitación y está sujeto a aprobación. Podemos rechazar una solicitud sin necesidad de motivarla. Usted se compromete a que los datos de su solicitud sean veraces y a custodiar sus credenciales.
Si sube documentación de un tercero (por ejemplo, un club respecto de un deportista), usted declara contar con su consentimiento informado para hacerlo.
5. Precios y pago
El precio base es de 15.000 € por caso, más el 21 % de IVA: 18.150 €. El servicio se contrata y se paga caso a caso. Los importes se muestran siempre antes de confirmar el pago.
El pago se procesa a través de Stripe. Anamnessor no almacena los datos de su tarjeta.
6. Plazos
Revisamos cada solicitud de acceso en un plazo aproximado de 48 horas. Una vez aceptado el caso y completada la documentación, cada especialista dispone de una ventana de 48 horas para su valoración. El plazo total de entrega del dossier es de [PLAZO COMPROMETIDO].
Estos plazos son estimaciones de buena fe y pueden verse afectados por la complejidad del caso o por la necesidad de documentación adicional.
7. Propiedad intelectual
La documentación clínica que usted aporta sigue siendo suya. El dossier se le entrega para su uso personal y el de sus médicos; su reventa o difusión pública requiere autorización. La marca, el software y el diseño de la plataforma son de Anamnessor.
8. Responsabilidad
Anamnessor responde de la correcta coordinación del servicio y de la idoneidad acreditada de los especialistas. No responde de las decisiones clínicas que usted o sus médicos adopten a partir del dossier, ni del resultado de un tratamiento.

9. Desistimiento y reembolsos

10. Protección de datos
El tratamiento de sus datos se rige por la Política de Privacidad.
11. Ley aplicable
Estas condiciones se rigen por la legislación española. [FUERO — si el cliente es consumidor, el fuero imperativo es el de su domicilio; solo cabe pactar otro con clientes profesionales.]

2. What the service is
Anamnessor coordinates a document-based medical second opinion. Three independent specialists separately review the clinical documentation you provide, and each issues their own assessment. The committee consolidates them into a dossier.
The specialists work double-blind: none of them knows the others' assessment while writing their own.
3. Medical notice — please read it in full
This does not replace your doctor. The dossier is a document-based opinion based solely on the material you send. There is no physical examination, no care relationship and no clinical follow-up. Decisions about your treatment must be made with your treating physician.
This is not an emergency service. If you have serious or sudden-onset symptoms, go to an emergency department or call 112.
This is not a medical device. The platform does not diagnose, calculate or recommend treatments by itself: it transports and organises documentation so that it can be interpreted by identified physicians. It is not subject to CE marking under Regulation (EU) 2017/745.
Quality depends on what you provide. Incomplete, illegible or inaccurate documentation limits the scope of the assessment.
4. Access
Access is by invitation and subject to approval. We may decline a request without giving reasons. You undertake that the details in your request are truthful and to keep your credentials safe.
If you upload documentation about a third party (for example, a club about an athlete), you declare that you have that person's informed consent to do so.
5. Prices and payment
The base price is €15,000 per case plus 21% VAT: €18,150. The service is purchased and paid for one case at a time. Amounts are always shown before you confirm payment.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Anamnessor does not store your card details.
6. Timescales
We review each access request within approximately 48 hours. Once the case is accepted and the documentation is complete, each specialist has a 48-hour window for their assessment. The total delivery time for the dossier is [COMMITTED TIMEFRAME].
These timescales are good-faith estimates and may be affected by the complexity of the case or by the need for additional documentation.
7. Intellectual property
The clinical documentation you provide remains yours. The dossier is delivered for your personal use and that of your doctors; reselling it or publishing it requires authorisation. The brand, software and design of the platform belong to Anamnessor.
8. Liability
Anamnessor is responsible for the proper coordination of the service and for the accredited suitability of the specialists. It is not responsible for clinical decisions that you or your doctors make on the basis of the dossier, nor for the outcome of any treatment.

11. Governing law
